Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LAZOJU collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the LAZOJU mobile application and related services.
Effective date: 17 March 2026
1. Who we are
LAZOJU is a movement-based screen-time management application designed to help users build healthier digital habits through intentional app access, movement goals, and optional family safety features.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy, you can contact: support@lazoju.com
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the features you use, LAZOJU may process the following categories of data:
- account information such as your email address and login credentials;
- profile presentation information such as your display name or local display email;
- app settings such as movement goals, formula settings, and account preferences;
- restricted app configuration selected by the user;
- movement-related information needed to calculate screen-time unlock logic;
- screen-time wallet data, usage balance, borrowed-time values, and related rule outcomes;
- security-related data such as failed access attempts and parent-PIN protection status;
- technical data needed to operate the app, such as app version, device-related identifiers, and permission state.
3. How we use your information
We use information processed through LAZOJU to:
- create and manage user accounts;
- authenticate users securely;
- calculate movement-based unlock rules and screen-time balances;
- store user settings and restricted-app selections;
- enable optional Kids Mode and parent-protection features;
- maintain app security and detect misuse or repeated failed attempts;
- improve stability, functionality, and overall user experience;
- respond to support questions and operational requests.
4. Permissions used by LAZOJU
LAZOJU may request certain Android permissions in order to provide its core functionality.
Accessibility Service
LAZOJU may use Android Accessibility Service only for the purpose of detecting selected foreground apps and triggering the app’s protection or blocker flow when those user-selected apps are opened.
Usage Access
LAZOJU may use Usage Access to understand app usage timing needed for the movement-wallet logic and restricted-app handling.
Overlay Permission
LAZOJU may use overlay permission to display blocker or warning screens when a restricted app is accessed under certain wallet conditions.
These permissions are used to operate the core product experience and are not intended for unrelated surveillance or hidden collection.
5. Local storage and on-device preferences
Some information may be stored locally on your device to improve the user experience, such as onboarding state, display preferences, Kids Mode state, and other local app settings.
6. Parent PIN and Kids Mode
If Kids Mode is enabled, LAZOJU may store and process parent-protection data to help secure selected actions. Parent PIN information should be stored in a protected form and not in plain text for normal use.
7. Data sharing
LAZOJU is not designed as a data-brokerage product. Information is used primarily to provide and support the LAZOJU app experience.
If third-party infrastructure, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, or other support providers are used, data may be processed by such service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, or improve the service.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some locally stored preferences may remain on the user’s device until the app is removed or app data is cleared.
9. Security
We aim to use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect information processed through LAZOJU. However, no digital system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure in every circumstance.
10. Children and family use
LAZOJU may be used by families and may include Kids Mode features, but it is important that a parent or guardian reviews the setup and manages child-related configurations responsibly where appropriate.

- adjust settings based on your plan and permissions;
- enable or disable certain permissions through Android settings;
- contact support for questions relating to your data or account.
12. International use
If LAZOJU is made available across regions, information may be processed in countries other than the country where the user is located, subject to applicable legal and technical safeguards where relevant.
